- Swivel mixer with spout fixed to top of unit – feeds basin (and adjacent bath if required)
- 80 litre vertical Kwikot geyser (can be fitted under basin if required)
- Pipework is prepared inside the unit for connection to water supply and waste stacks located behind the unit
